Our client, with a state of the art facility in Blacktown, offer specialist workshop repairs covering PC automatic transmissions, CV transmissions for truck and bus, construction equipment axles, transmissions, and industrial axles and a full range of marine transmissions.They are currently recruiting a Workshop Labourer to join their team on a permanent basis.Monday - Friday: 6am - 2.16pmAbout the roleTo support the role of the production Manager to maintaining highest possible standard of the production and warehouse housekeeping, Production equipment maintenance and General workshop/company dutiesResponsibilities of the role:Clean and maintain the production area and production equipment in high standardAdhere the company WHS policy to obtain highest level of safety in the production areaLocal pickup and delivery of customer transmissions, sub-contract supplies as requiredReceiving the incoming transmission and maintaining the WIP racks in the orderPreparing the finished product,



Painting and delivering the product to the warehouseOrganising core units return to warehouse and accurate completion of the documentationDaily activities in the production repair including but not limited to dismantling and cleaning of the products as authorised by Production team leader/ Production ManagerMaintaining the correct quantities of all the production consumablesCompany maintenance activity as directed by the Production ManagerResponsible for duties as per required by management to establish and /or maintain company compliance and accreditation to; International standard ( ISO), Australian standards (AS), Acts of Government StatuteRequirements and skills:Experience working in a warehouse/workshop environmentCurrent C class licenceBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
