Mandurah Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic and driven
New/Used Vehicle Sales Representative
to join our dynamic sales team.
This is a full time position based in Mandurah & Peel, WA, where you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, helping clients find their perfect vehicle.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with customers whilst maintaining the high standards Mandurah Mazda is known for.
Key responsibilities
Greet and engage potential customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, understanding their vehicle requirements and budget
Conduct product knowledge presentations on new and used Mazda vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
Prepare and present detailed quotations and financing options to customers
Negotiate sales terms and close deals whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, customer information and follow-up activities
Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the finance and administration teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
Stay up to date with vehicle inventory, pricing and promotions
Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proven experience in vehicle sales or a similar sales consultancy role
Excellent negotiation and closing techniques
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sound product knowledge of vehicles, or the ability to develop this quickly
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
Valid driving licence and a clean driving record
Solid organisational and time management skills
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer service
Preferred: Experience with Mazda or other automotive brands
