We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter / Receptionist to join our team at Aussie Brake & Clutch in Caboolture, QLD.
This full time role is pivotal in supporting our automotive workshop and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.What you'll be doingProviding exceptional customer service to both walk-in and over-the-phone customersAccurately interpreting and responding to customer enquiries about vehicle parts and accessoriesPromptly and efficiently processing orders and liaising with external suppliersAssisting the workshop team by sourcing and ordering required partsMaintaining detailed inventory records and stock levelsPerforming general administrative duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing clerical supportWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or parts interpretation role within the automotive industry with experience in Brake & Clutch is an advantage but not essentialStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers,
