Experienced
Barista position on a part-time basis, working ***** hours per week with
weekend
availability.
Shifts typically run 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with flexibility for more hours available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
Dial in grinders and maintain consistent espresso quality throughout the day
Froth milk perfectly and pour high-quality coffee efficiently under pressure
Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to regulars and new guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic coffee station
Work collaboratively as a reliable team player
About you
Proven experience in a similar quick-paced barista role
Strong ability to handle high-volume periods with a positive attitude
A genuine, infectious passion for coffee and the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Absolute reliability and punctuality for early morning
weekend
