We are looking for a passionate Client Liaison Officer to join our Home and Community Supports Team and support growth in the region.
We are looking for:
A passionate local person willing to work collaboratively and support our clients and team
Someone to be actively involved with the leadership team and implementing growth strategies in the region
You have experience working in the disability space as either a manager or front line support worker
You are driven, self-motivated and looking for the next step in your career
Certificate IIII or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.

A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.

About the Role
We are looking to introduce a Client Liaison Officer to work in the Home and Community Supports Team in Kempsey.




This role will be the primary contact for their portfolio of Home and Community clients and the support workers that work with those clients.
You will also be actively supporting the leadership team to assist with marketing and growth activities in the region.
You will be supported directly by the Operation Manager - Home and Community Supports, to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality care and to ensure out Support Workers are supported effectively to deliver this care.
Focused on Care's head office is in Toowoomba, therefore travel will be required to QLD every 2 months and a leader from the Toowoomba office will be in Kempsey every 2-3 weeks.
