You won't be stuck reconciling the same three accounts on repeat.
This is a high-volume Accounts Payable role inside the Finance team of a global leader in modular design, manufacturing and construction.
Think workforce accommodation villages, permanent modular buildings, schools and health facilities, delivered for mining, energy, government and commercial clients across Australia.
You'll report to the Accounting Manager and sit across three operational divisions including manufacturing, construction and hire so no two weeks look the same.
One day you're processing supplier invoices and running weekly payment approvals, the next you're chasing down a reconciliation query with an external stakeholder or supporting an audit.
You'll also get exposure to overseas supplier payments and intercompany invoices, which is where this role stretches beyond a standard AP function.
The Finance team here is small, experienced and genuinely supportive.
The kind of place people stay in for years, not months.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.
Employee Assistance Program included.
Salary: $75,000 + Super
What you need:
Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
Comfortable working in a large ERP system.
Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the organisational chops to manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball
Construction, manufacturing or modular industry experience is a bonus but not essential, what matters more is that you can own the AP function and deal confidently with people along the way.
