Working closely with the Product and Groups Department, this exciting opportunity will suit someone who thrives on building robust client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and coordinating exceptional travel experiences both within Australia and around the world.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Experience - Work closely with internal teams, PHT consultants, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality travel solutions for specialised groups and events.
Sales and business growth -Prepare compelling and accurate quotations for group travel and event programs, while identifying opportunities and proactively following up bookings.
Administration - Manage the end-to-end booking process, from preparing tailored quotes through to client departure, while responding professionally to all internal and external enquiries.




Please note - flexibility is essential as this role requires participation in after-hours events such as client document handovers, meet-and-greet sessions, information seminars, and expos when required.

ABOUT YOU
Experience (Ideal)
· Proactive sales mindset with proven conversion and customer service abilities
· Previous sales role
· Previous customer service role
· Experience in use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerSuite
· Destination knowledge across domestic and international travel
Skills
· Excellent customer service ethic
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Proven sales ability
· Organised and able to meet deadlines
· Attention to detail
· Initiative and flexibility
