Benchmark Consulting is a growing Western Australian project consulting and advisory firm working across government, mining, construction and infrastructure projects throughout WA.
We're looking for a motivated Site & Project Civil Engineers to join our East Perth team.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside experienced engineers and project professionals, gaining hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will grow with your experience, giving you the opportunity to develop both your technical and broader project delivery skills.

The Role
Assisting with civil engineering design and technical documentation.
Supporting project planning and delivery.
Preparing construction quality and commercial documentation, including cost & production tracking.




Preparing calculations, reports, scopes and specifications.
Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, including subcontract management.
Assisting with site inspections and construction activities, including problem solving for site construction teams.
Supporting principal engineers and project managers with day-to-day project delivery.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Up to 3 years' relevant experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail and ability to work within a team.
Australian working rights and a current Driver's Licence.
Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Propeller and/or 12d is advantageous but not essential.
