motivated, client-focused, and outcomes-driven leader

What you'll do:
Lead with empathy and excellence in delivering community-based rehabilitation and clinical services.
Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments using evidence-based tools.
Work across diverse age groups (0–65), supporting clients with disability and/or complex conditions.
Mentor and inspire fellow clinicians, sharing your expertise to elevate the whole team.
Champion a client-centric approach that prioritises dignity, independence, and quality of life.

✅ What You Bring:
Tertiary qualifications in
Occupational Therapy
,
Speech Pathology
, or
Psychology
.
Current
AHPRA
or
SPA
registration.
Experience in NDIS/HCP is ideal, but strong clinical foundations are key.
A passion for helping clients reach their full potential.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A valid driver's licence and Working with Children Check.
