About the Role
As the Administrator for Community Infrastructure, you will be reporting to the Supervisor Community Infrastructure and will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture.
The role assists with tenant administration, inspections, maintenance coordination, contractor liaison, reporting and compliance activities to support safe, compliant and well-maintained housing for employees and residents.
The position plays an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting efficient property turnaround,



occupancy management and housing operations.
This role is being offered a Monday to Friday, 8 hour roster based in Roxby Downs, on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis.
In this role you will:
Administer and conduct regular routine inspections to housing assets in accordance with procedures, to ensure compliance with the Tenancy Agreement, BHP housing and safety standards
Administer and conduct routine inspections (and other inspections as required) to housing assets in accordance with procedures and key performance indicators
Maintain housing assets through effective identification of maintenance and repairs
Provide confidential administrative support on a daily basis to the Community Infrastructure Team
Act as a first point of contact for tenant enquiries, and requests, and promptly respond to customer queries
Initiate and support improvement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness and support the team's BOS routines and contribute to maturity
About You
Ideally possess previous experience in Property Management, Housing or Facilities Management (not essential)
Well-developed organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cost control experience (not essential)
Intermediate to advanced computer skills using the Microsoft 365 suite
A working knowledge of 1SAP (or a similar enterprise application) (not essential)
Ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines and work collaboratively across teams
Flexibility in the way you approach your work and prioritise tasks
Current driver's license
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
