About the Role
Due to exciting internal progression within the Company, we now seek professional and solutions-driven superstars join our
Trade Counter team
in
Perth.
As the face of Tradezone, you'll help customers with enquiries, process orders, provide product support and keep our trade counter running smoothly.
No two days are the same—you'll combine customer service, sales support and warehouse duties to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Hours
Monday to Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm
One Saturday morning every six weeks (5:30am-9:30am), with flex time provided

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service at our trade counter
Process customer orders and assist with product enquiries
Support customers using our online ordering system
Identify opportunities to add value through product recommendations
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
Help maintain a secure, clean and organised warehouse
About You
Passion for customer service and building relationships
Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working across customer service, sales support and warehouse duties
Current forklift licence (highly regarded)
Full Australian working rights
