Mechanical Operations Administrator:
Local Pinjarra Head Office
Full time position
Monday - Friday Roster
Salary based role
Superannuation paid on all hours worked
Role duties may include, but are not limited to;
Use systems to monitor the receival of client purchase orders.
Generation of regular project related and stock reports to assist with the maintaining and monitoring of job progress.
Professional communication between job managers, clients and suppliers.
Attend operational job planning and progress meetings as required.
Processing of special-order purchases, including capital equipment, services and non-stocked items.
Maintaining documentation for Quality Control ensuring records are complete and accurate.
Manage workload within the monthly accounting deadlines and carry out all tasks in accordance with approved processes and procedures.
Requirements
:
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Pronto, SAP or similar
Mining and/or Manufacturing administration experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail & ability to prioritise workload
Proven ability to work in a team
Current National Police Clearance
Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
Preferably reside within 60km of Pinjarra
Full Australian Working Rights
