About the role
Newly created part-time fixed term contract (4 days per week) until 31st March **** based in Glenside, SA.
Reporting directly to the State Manager Client Services, you will be responsible for:
Leading, managing and supporting the client service team to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to program service delivery
Providing leadership in delivering services to people impacted by dementia and ensuring high-quality service delivery
Coordinating program activities to ensure optimum efficiency and effective use of resources
Leading day-to-day operations of the Statewide team, with a robust focus on identifying client needs and delivering high levels of client service and satisfaction
Assisting with the implementation of administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and meet program contractual requirements, including overseeing referral and intake processes
Supporting the implementation of the Clinical Governance Framework and associated policies, procedures and work practices
Undertaking travel within SA and intrastate travel as required.

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (health/allied health/social services sectors)
Experience in overseeing a service delivery team in a community, health or disability service setting
Extensive experience working with people with dementia as well as carers and families and an understanding of relevant Service Systems, including My Aged Care and the National Disability Insurance Scheme
Collaborates with others to remove barriers and break down silos, enabling client-focused outcomes
Forges lasting relationships and promotes organisation by building strategic alliances and partnerships (internally and externally)
Motivates people, developing capability through mentoring
Valid driver?
s licence required for occasional intrastate travel.
