have the opportunity to support learning and performance across a
diverse workforce and a wide range of operational environments.
This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives on
variety, enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and
professions, and is passionate about helping others learn and

training, systems and process training, and capability development
programs.
• Using feedback, data and evaluation outcomes to measure learning
effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Providing professional advice to leaders and stakeholders on
learning solutions, development pathways and capability uplift.
• Working collaboratively with subject matter experts and external
providers to achieve high-quality learning outcomes.
• Contributing to broader organisational development, culture and
capability initiatives.
About you
We're looking for a learning professional who is passionate about
creating meaningful learning experiences that are practical,
relevant and genuinely make a difference.
You will bring:

• Solid workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• The ability to confidently deliver both face-to-face and virtual
training.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to tailor
content and delivery styles to different groups and operational
settings.
• Experience developing online, eLearning and blended learning
solutions using an LMS and digital learning technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work
confidently with leaders, subject matter experts and diverse
teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to develop high-quality learning materials and
resources.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and
identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
We would also value:
• Experience working within a People & Culture or Human Resources
environment.
• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or

You'll join a collaborative People & Culture team where your ideas
and expertise will be valued, with opportunities to work across a
broad range of learning, organisational development and workforce
capability initiatives.
You'll help shape learning experiences,
contribute to organisational culture and support our people to
perform at their best.
