What you'll be doing




You'll deliver personalised coaching and training programs while actively building relationships with members.
You'll learn how to identify opportunities, conduct quality consultations and turn outstanding client experiences into retention and referrals.
You don't need to know everything on day one.

need to be willing to communicate, implement feedback and take consistent action.
What you'll need
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them
Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain them
Strong communication skills
A professional and proactive attitude
Genuine ambition to build a fitness business
