Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga, but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.
About the Opportunity
Kurrajong are seeking talented individuals to join our Social Connections Team in Wagga Wagga.
As a Social Connections Support Worker, you'll be responsible for supporting people living with disability to engage in social and community based activities.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Contribute to creating an setting that empowers people with disabilities
Provide support to people with disability to look after themselves while enhancing their independence and self-determination
Support the integration of people with disabilities in the community
Provide support during Social Connections programs.

This position is remunerated at a base rate of $***** per hour, plus 25% casual loading, superannuation and access to attractive salary packaging
Experience
Experience in disability services, community participation, program coordination or a similar role
Ability to implement safe work practices and meet compliance requirements.
