MPC Solutions is seeking Gold Process Plant Supervisor with (S26) to join our valued gold mining client in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
As a Process Plant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of a mineral processing plant.
Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining key processing equipment and systems / Operators / contractors to maximise productivity and output safely
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year' experience as a Process Plant Supervisor in Gold
Solid understanding of mineral processing principles and equipment operation - People management - contractors on site management
S26 qualification
Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs; and other technical documentation
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills




Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Effective communication and teamwork
Roster and more:
******* - fly-in fly-out from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
$85/$90 Per hour plus super - depending on experience
Temp with a view to Perm for the right person
