BATCH PLANT MANAGER FIXED & REMOTE PLANTS

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations including mobilisation, set up & demobilisation of our mobile plant to exceed our customers' expectations.
Efficient production, maintaining assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
The role is a very self driven role and you are your own manager.
With the responsibility of ensuring pours be it 400m3 per day or 12m3 per day are managed by you cost effectively and maintaining quality product ensuring product testing,



inventory control and scheduling truck and plant maintenance are adhered to.
Minimum 4 years concrete batching experience with relevant operator tickets for machinery including Wheel Loader and HR drivers licence.
Experience with both fixed and mobile concrete batching plants is acceptable.
The job is Dalby based but may consider a DIDO role as we get projects in various different locations.
The right applicant would be looked after with a work vehicle, accommodation supplied.
We generally supply concrete for our own workforce on our own projects and do seasonal work in the NT during the dry season.
This role gives a diligent manager the flexibility of running their own show whilst having a look about from time to time in the remote Top End of Australia.
