We're expanding our team on the back of an exciting pipeline of projects with some of Adelaide's leading commercial builders, and we're looking for a Leading Hand Carpenter and qualified Carpenters to join us.
Are you a qualified Leading Hand Carpenter — a problem solver and critical thinker who's ready to take the lead, has ambition, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship?
Or are you a Carpenter who thrives in a busy, supportive team — reliable, adaptable, driven, and open to learning and feedback?

Key Responsibilities
Perform all First and Second Fix Carpentry, including feature claddings and commercial timber and fire doors
Work across a range of commercial carpentry and high-end residential projects
Support site safety and honest work ethics
Scheduling of works and deliveries
What Hilton Construct offers
$40–$50 per hour + Super, dependent on proven experience

Role Requirements
Previous carpentry experience, with a trade qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
Driver's Licence
White Card
National Police Clearance
Your own standard tools – speciality tools provided by Hilton Construct
Willing to supervise apprentices
Committed to high-quality service and workmanship
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
