About the business and the role
Whistler's Chocolate Co is a well established, West Australian family owned business consisting of a chocolate retail showroom, beautiful gift store and café in the beautiful Swan Valley.
We have been providing chocolates to WA for over 50 years, we are the home of the amazing chocolate sculptures and we are surrounded by chocolate, fudge, honeycomb, truffles, a great cafe and beautiful gifts every day!
We have people from all around the world, from all over Australia and our regular local customers too that visit us daily.
As we now need to grow our team we have had some great part time roles become available in our chocolate showroom and gift store.
So, if you love meeting people, love customer service, and would like to be in a beautiful workplace with a great team, then this is the position for you.
The Role
We require experienced
Part Time Customer Service Assistants
who can:
provide excellent customer service
assist with merchandising to maintain a beautifully presented environment.
learn about all the different chocolates and help customers with their purchases.
understand food handling, health regulations and allergens
gain product knowledge on all the beautiful giftware so as to help customers with their purchases.
assist with certain admin duties like answering phone calls and managing diaries
work well with a team.




work well under pressure during busy event times like Easter, School holidays etc..
Stay later on busy days
Skills and experience
The ideal applicant will:
- have excellent customer service skills
- have customer service experience
- be able to work well with a team
- be well presented
- be able to work during school holidays
- have their own car
-be available in the busy periods like Easter, Christmas, Public Holidays and school holidays
