About the Role
We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales and installation teams.
This is an office-based role that plays a key part in keeping our sales enquiries and installation workflow running smoothly.
You'll manage incoming enquiries, support the quoting process, coordinate installations, and ensure customers receive clear communication and a high level of service from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident on the phone, and able to manage multiple jobs at once.
Experience in a trade or service-based environment will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online forms
Coordinate and schedule site visits, quotes, and installation jobs
Support the quoting process and follow up to convert work
Act as the key link between customers, sales, and technicians
Ensure jobs are fully prepared prior to installation (materials, details, access)
Monitor job progress and keep customers and internal teams updated




Maintain accurate records in CRM and assist with invoicing and general admin
About You
You will ideally have:
Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer service
Experience in a trade, construction, or service-based business (highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well with a team
Systems & Technology
Experience using CRM systems (
HubSpot experience highly advantageous
)
Ability to manage pipelines and maintain accurate customer records
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
