The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our thriving Commercial Division.
You'll lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion, working with a talented team while maintaining our reputation for delivering high quality, on-time, on-budget outcomes safely.
This is an ideal role for someone ready to take on greater responsibility and impact.
What You'll Do
Lead all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities
Develop comprehensive project schedules and programming documentation
Manage contracts, variations, and scope negotiations to protect company interests
Monitor project costs, revenues, risks, and identify growth opportunities
Lead and mentor project teams through competing priorities
Prepare statutory submissions and maintain regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in construction management or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience across commercial, industrial, civil, and earthworks projects




Proven track record on government projects, schools, shopping centres, hospitals, or defense/heavy industry
Robust leadership skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Advanced proficiency in construction programming and scheduling software
Excellent contract management and documentation skills
Demonstrated commercial acumen in cost analysis, reporting, and opportunity identification
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
