Due to continued growth, we are seeking both Experienced Underground Service Crew Operators and Leading Hand Underground Service Crew personnel to join our team.
We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality work and contributing to a positive team culture underground.
Kalgoorlie Residential Positions Available -
Experienced Underground Service Crew
You will be responsible for:
Installation and extension of air, water, dewatering and ventilation services
Installation and maintenance of underground pumps and pumping systems
Assisting with mine development and production support activities
Operating underground equipment as required
Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Leading Hand Underground Service Crew
In addition to the above responsibilities,



Leading Hands will:
Coordinate and lead daily service crew activities
Provide guidance and mentoring to crew members
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to site standards
Liaise with Supervisors and other underground departments
Assist in planning and achieving daily production and development targets
About You
To be considered for either role, you will have:
Minimum of 1-2 years underground service crew experience required
Current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual preferred)
Current Working at Heights
Current Integrated Tool carrier (IT) ticket
Additional RPL's for Underground
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Additional Requirements for Leading Hand Applicants
Minimum of 1-2 years underground leadership experience required
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead by example and mentor team members
