Rostering & Intake Support Officer

About the Role
Reporting to the
Rostering Manager
and
Client Intake and Engagement Manager
, you'll play a key role supporting both our Rostering and Intake teams, helping ensure staff are scheduled effectively and participants receive a positive service experience.
Your work will include:

Rostering & Scheduling:
Compile and maintain fortnightly rosters for
230+
staff across multiple
24/7
locations, responding promptly to daily operational changes.

Award & Compliance:
Apply SCHADS Award requirements and organisational policies accurately when creating rosters and supporting payroll processes.

Payroll Prep:
Verify timesheets with precision and attention to detail.

Staff Liaison:
Coordinate shift preferences, availability, and leave requests.

Participant & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support participant enquiries, intake activities and service coordination while building positive relationships with participants, families, advocates and external stakeholders.

Service Agreements:
Assist in preparing Service Agreements and Schedules of Support.

Record Management:
Maintain accurate participant records, documentation and data management systems.
?
On‐Call Support:
Provide after‐hours assistance on a rotating roster.
What We're Looking For
Ability to prioritise competing demands,
solve problems and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in rostering or scheduling (aged care or disability sector preferred).
Payroll processing experience (highly desirable).
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Solid communication and relationship‐building skills.
Excellent organisational and time‐management abilities.
Proficiency with rostering and client management systems (TRACCS highly regarded) and the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS, and NDIA processes.
Commitment to person‐centred care and client goal achievement.
