SMP Supervisors
to join our team for
ongoing site-based roles across WA
.
About the Roles
We are looking for reliable, safety-focused personnel who are seeking
consistent, long-term work
and are willing to contribute across multiple aspects of site operations.
Supervisors (Structural, Mechanical & Piping)
Supervise and coordinate SMP works on site.
Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
Conduct pre-starts and oversee safe work practices (SWMS/JHA).
Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor quality and resolve technical or operational issues.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven
site-based experience
in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
Relevant trade qualification
Current
Construction White Card
.
Working at Heights
(within 2 years).




National Police Clearance
(within 6 months).
Current
Driver's License
.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening.
Available for
immediate or short-notice start
.
Highly Regarded
S26 Worksafe Certificate
Additional tickets (Forklift, EWP, Rigging/Dogging, Confined Space, etc.).
Experience on large-scale SMP or construction projects.
Previous supervisory experience (for Supervisor roles).
