? About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants, promoting independence, building capacity, and supporting daily living.
Your role may include:
Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)
Community access (appointments, shopping, social and recreational activities)
Supporting participants in
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
homes
Household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation, domestic assistance)
Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive engagement
Implementing
Positive Behaviour Support
strategies (where applicable)
? About You
You're compassionate, reliable, and professional, with a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
Ideally, you will have:
A genuine commitment to person-centred support




NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Cert III or higher in Disability, Community or Individual Support (preferred, not essential)
Robust communication skills, initiative, and a professional approach
Mental Health experience
(highly regarded)
High-Intensity support experience
(highly regarded)
