Guided by the Education and Care Leader or Early Childhood Teacher,you'llhelp plan, implement,



and evaluate children's learning—while also providing leadership and support to fellow educators.In this role you will:Supervise Children:Maintain the highest level of safety by actively engaging with children while supervising and monitoring their learning experiences, interactions, and routines at all times to ensure their well-being.Build relationships: Develop andmaintainstrong collaborative relationships with children,familiesand other team membersCreate Routines: Set up effective daily routines and systemsDevelop Curriculum: Plan, carry out, and assess the children's learning activitiesWork Together: Collaborate with leaders, coworkers, families, children, and the communityAdhere to the requirements of the National Quality Standards and framework, Regulations and EYLFProgram Implementation:Assistin the implementation of high-quality children's programs that respond to individual strengths and interests of children, families, and staff.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a passionate,caringand nurturing individual, you will have a strong passion for Early Childhood education along with thefollowing;Minimum Qualification:Diploma of early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)Clearances: Current Employee Working with Children checkFirst Aid Certification:Level 2 First Aid, including Asthma & Anaphylaxis management and CPRCurriculum Knowledge:Solid understanding of the expectations of the Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National QualityStandardsand the current Regulations.The right candidate will be able todemonstratethe City of Kingston's values ofWemake a difference Weshow care and respect Wetake pride in our work Weare better togetherDon'tmeet every single requirement for this role?
