With a hands-on team environment, the business values practical skills, teamwork, and developing employees through on-the-job training.About the roleJust Automotive Recruitment is searching for a CNC Machinist to operate and troubleshoot a 4-axis CNC machine in Ingleburn, NSW.DutiesOperate a 4-axis CNC machine to manufacture components.Set up and run machinery according to production schedules.Identify and troubleshoot machine issues when required.Use measuring tools and workshop equipment to maintain accuracy.Work closely with the assistant to support cutting,



loading and machining operations.Maintain high levels of workplace health and safetySkills and experiencePrevious CNC machine operating experience required.Basic CNC knowledge with G-code experience highly regarded.Familiarity with CAD/SolidWorks or similar software advantageous.Manufacturing or fabrication background highly desirable.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work safely around machinery.LF Forklift License and Driver's License desirable.BenefitsCompetitive salary$45–$50 per hour + full-time stabilityMonday–Friday, 38-hour week: 7:00am–3:30pm Mon–Thu, 7:00am–1:00pm Friday.Training provided on the company's products and processes.Supportive, hands-on workshop team with opportunities to develop your skills.Additional informationCompetitive salary $45-$50 per hour + stabilityOperate a 4-axis CNC machine in a hands-on workshopMonday-Friday, 38 hours with 1pm finish on Fridays
