BHT Logistics is looking for an experienced and reliable Diesel Mechanic to join our team.
With a fleet of 60+ units, including Kenworths, Western Stars and Maxicube trailers, this is a great opportunity for a hands‐on mechanic who takes pride in keeping a modern heavy vehicle fleet safe, reliable and operating at its best.
The Role
This is a full‐time position working Monday to Friday, with participation in an on‐call roster for after‐hours and weekends.
We are seeking someone with proven diesel mechanical experience, preferably with a road transport/heavy vehicle background.
About You
The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience as a Diesel/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
Ideally have experience working within the road transport industry
Be reliable, punctual and committed to getting the job done right
Be a hands‐on team player who can also work independently




Have a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on preventative maintenance
Take pride in the quality and safety of their work
Be proactive and able to identify and address mechanical issues
Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Be comfortable working as part of an on‐call roster
Own tools required
