You will manage the day-to-day financial administration of our business, ensuring our accounts are accurate, organised and up to date.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is confident using Xero, has excellent attention to detail and can work closely with our accountants.Key responsibilitiesProcess and reconcile receipts, expenses and bank transactionsManage accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepare invoices and actively follow up outstanding paymentsConduct customer credit checks using CreditorWatchMonitor and maintain customer credit accounts and limitsManage debtor follow-ups and collection of overdue accountsProcess payroll accurately and on timeMaintain employee payroll and leave recordsReview, process and reconcile employee expense claimsProcess superannuation paymentsAssist with Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) records and reportingAbout youProven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts roleStrong working knowledge of XeroExperience with payroll,
