Our client is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to provide coordination and administrative support across a large, fast-paced project delivery team.
This is an initial 6-month contract based in Melbourne CBD.This is a varied role with plenty of ownership, supporting multiple stakeholders and helping ensure day-to-day activities, documentation and reporting run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administration support across project delivery and design teamsAssist with data entry, document management, reporting and general project administrationCoordinate information and documentation across the wider programSupport Project Delivery Leads,



Electrical Designers and Project Controllers as requiredManage multiple requests and changing priorities within a rapid-paced environmentProvide structure and administrative support during a period of transitionKey RequirementsPrevious administration, project support or program support experienceStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesProactive and reliable, with the confidence to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and accurate document/data management skillsGood communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFlexible approach and willingness to support a broad range of administrative activitiesHighly RegardedExperience within utilities, electricity, infrastructure, engineering or construction environmentsExperience supporting large project delivery or engineering teamsExposure to project documentation, reporting and coordination
