Mansae Korean BBQ is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in our QVM location.
This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in one of Melbourne's premier Korean BBQ establishments.
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing staff, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the high-quality service and operational excellence that defines Mansae.What you'll be doingSupervising and coordinating waiting staff to ensure efficient and courteous service deliveryGreeting guests and managing the front-of-house experience with professionalism and warmthTaking food and beverage orders accurately and making recommendations based on guest preferencesManaging table arrangements, seating guests, and ensuring optimal dining flow throughout serviceTraining, mentoring and developing team members to achieve high service standardsMonitoring service quality and addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionallyAssisting with staff scheduling, rostering and performance managementMaintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stationsSupporting the management team with opening and closing proceduresIdentifying opportunities to enhance guest experiences and contribute to operational improvementsWhat we're looking forProven experience as a waiting staff member or in a hospitality service role, preferably in a full-service restaurant environmentDemonstrated supervisory or leadership experience,
