About the RoleMCA Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Division Manager to establish, lead and grow our new Electrical Division.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a commercially minded electrical professional looking to build a division from the ground up.
You'll be overseeing electrical projects across underground and surface hardrock mining operations while driving business growth and maintaining exceptional safety, quality and client service standards.
Working closely with clients, site teams and senior management, you'll be responsible for business development, project delivery, workforce leadership and the ongoing growth and success of the Electrical Division.
What You'll Be DoingEstablish, lead and grow MCA Engineering's Electrical Division Provide strategic and operational leadership across underground and surface hardrock mining construction projects Drive business development and build strong client relationshipsManage project delivery to ensure secure,
