Customer Service and Installer Co-OrdinatorPremier Shades is seeking an Installer Co-Ordinator and Customer Service assistant to join our team in Gosford, NSW.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, installation teams and internal operations.
You will be the point of contact who ensures that all installations are scheduled and executed efficiently.
This role is essential to maintaining Premier Shades' reputation for excellent service and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesScheduling and co-ordinating installation appointments with customers and installation teamMaintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders and installation schedulesLiaising between customers and installers to confirm appointments, provide updates and resolve any issuesFollowing up with customers post installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsManaging calendar systems and scheduling tools to optimise installer availability and customer preferencesProviding administrative support to the operations team as requiredMaintaining professional standards in all customer interactions and representing Premier Shades positivelyResponding to customer inquiries via phone, email and online channels in a timely and professional mannerWhat we're looking forProven experience in customer service, administrative support or a similar co-ordination roleExcellent communication skills,
