Duties and responsibilities:
Answer calls and enquiries




Helping customers with battery-related enquiries
Testing and fitting batteries, requiring the ability to
regularly handle & carry loads up to ******* kilos
Keeping the store stocked, presentable and clean
Stock takes and inventory/cash handling management
Opening and closing of the premises when required
Team-led KPI and sales targets
Roadside Battery Installation
The ideal candidate:
Has a passion for 4WDing, camping, or boating and can use this first-hand knowledge to assist clients
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and emerging customers
A current Australian driver's licence - Mandatory
Punctual and reliable — we are a small team, and need somebody who will turn up when scheduled and help the team
