Field Service Electrician required for Mackay & Bowen Basin. Full Time Position. Monday to Friday Roster.

Your new company
Our Client specializes in providing fuelling and fluid systems to their clients in the Bowen Basin. They are predominantly based out of New South Wales and have a full-time vacancy for a Field Service Electrician to lead their work locally in the region.

Your new role
In this position, you will be required to travel to and from site / to clients in the Mackay & Bowen Basin Region. Most of the clients will be based on a coal mining site in the Bowen Basin. You will be required to:

- Service, fit and maintain equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot issues
- Fill out all safety documents and record work being completed
- Commissioning and support for installations
- Be the key point of contact for clients
- Maintain an excellent client relationships
- Report to head office & liaise with Managers

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will ideally hold the following qualifications/tickets:

- QLD Electrical Licence
- LVR CPR
- First Aid




- White Card
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
- Be self-driven and able to work autonomously
- Ideally have experience working in the mining / infrastructure / fuelling industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Please note you will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical D&A; test for this role if successful.

What you'll get in return
This position will see you working in a full time / permanent position. The roster is Monday to Friday (1 RDO a month), working 12-hour shifts where you will be required to service the Mackay & Bowen Basin Region. You will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate, service vehicle, and a living away from home allowance. Whilst working on site, you will also be given meals and accommodation either in hotels or camp.
