Field Service Tech job in SW Brisbane for a construction, mining and materials handling equipment company.

Your new company
Your new company is a leader in manufacturing reliable and quality forklifts and are sold all over the world. Your new site supplies clients with rental forklifts over the Ipswich and Brisbane region and continually provides maintenance, repairs, and services. With multiple sites across Australia this business is continuing to grow and require a Field Service Technician to join their team.

Your new role
You'll be operating a company owned vehicle to travel within the Brisbane and Ipswich regions to attend appointments and call outs for clientele. You will be attending multiple sites per day and will be responsible for self-managing your time, equipment, and spare parts to provide quality customer service to all clients. Tasks will include servicing, invoicing, data entry, maintenance, and repairs.



You will maintain communication with colleagues such as workshop service technicians and the spare parts team to maintain workflow and productivity.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar with a mechanical focus. The willingness to learn and grow their mechanical knowledge is essential for this role. You will also require:

- Open C Class Drivers Licence
- Solid time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service
- Health and Safety orientated
