Position Available:

Links Golf & Wellbeing is seeking a Golf Services Attendant to work various hours throughout the week, including weekend and evening work. We have a strong membership base and are also host to a large number of visiting golfers on a daily basis, along with staging corporate events, weddings, functions, conferences and events. The successful applicant will be able to provide exceptional customer service and have previous golf industry experience. They will help the team undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the effective daily operations of the resort.

Selection Criteria:

The successful applicant must possess the following:

• Processing guest/member check-ins and bookings in the Golf Pro Shop.





• Carrying out and signing off daily opening and closing procedures.

• Maintaining and administration of rental equipment including clubs, shoes and carts.

• General golf cart duties and golf cart management.

• Maintaining all golf operations areas (including the driving range).

• Sensational Customer Service with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ensures all golf rules are interpreted and enforced.

• A team player who is also able to work autonomously from time to time.

• Previous experience working in the golf industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual and impeccable grooming expected in a corporate setting is essential.

• Flexibility to work diverse shifts on different days and times.

• Positive and outgoing with a can-do attitude ready to do what it takes to get the job done.

• MiClub experience advantageous but not essential.
