The Opportunity
Due to consistent growth and expansions in the APAC region,
they are now looking for a driven graduate or customer service consultant to join their Sydney team, and launch or progress their career in software and consulting.
- Provide proactive support to contractor and supplier clients
- Deliver product training via phone, web, and in-person
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage client accounts, including invoicing and collections
- Analyse and improve customer service processes
- Suggest and implement ideas for continuous improvement
About You
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience in call centre, customer service or sales (0-4 years)
- Proficient in MS Office and email applications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Desire to progress your career
- Excellent presentation skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. for 6-8 weeks of training
