About the role
Reporting to our HR Services Team Lead, you will provide quality services to employees, people leaders and HR BPs across the entire employee life cycle. We always have a lot of projects on the go, so you will also contribute to these with a continuous improvement mindset.
Note this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Provide HR administrational support across the employee life cycle (such as employment contracts, remuneration review, position management, product benefits, performance management, time and attendance, etc.)
- Provide advice and expertise to employees, people managers and HR BPs; including contract terms and conditions, leave entitlements, product allocation, external study, and performance development processes
- Encourage a culture of employee self-service by guiding TWE employees and people leaders to resolve their own requests using TWE resources and tools.
- Proactively identify and implement initiatives that continually improve the HR Services offering and employee experience
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems, whilst providing support across various systems and process improvement projects.
About you
We are searching for a driven and motivated individual with HR co-ordination experience in a mid/large sized business who can work successfully as part of a close-knit team and knows what it takes to deliver in a global and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and general HR policy and procedure
- Demonstrated ability to meet transactional deadlines accurately
- Awareness of Industrial Relation issues/impacts, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Strong team player who builds positive relationships within the HR community and across functions
- Able to work with confidential and sensitive information in a professional and responsible manner
- Systems savvy: intermediate to proficient in MS Office, able to learn new systems quickly and good at systems troubleshooting
