Bailey Abbott are now seeking a Project Manager to join our high performing team. Our project management specialists work within an active community of practice, enabling you to benefit from their years of collective experience and wisdom.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects for the customers of Bailey Abbott, ensuring consistency with customer strategy, commitments and goals.





Requirements

- Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources, and chair the project management team meetings
- Proactively anticipate and manage risks, providing timely feedback to the customer
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences
