The Opportunity
Join our dynamic blue-collar recruitment team in Arndell Park as a full-time, permanent Account Manager. This role offers career growth in recruitment and the chance to provide exceptional customer service and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high-volume client job orders.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Recruit and select casual employees.
- Maintain an active candidate base.
- Handle administration tasks and roster management.
- Monitor overtime across multiple sites.
- Report on KPIs.
- Conduct site inductions and facilitate smooth onboarding.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
- Confident phone manner and friendly attitude.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency.
- Ability to excel in a small, efficient team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
