About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective delivery of food services to support the daily operation of the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, under the supervision of Retail Food Services Supervisors and the Retail Operations Coordinator.

- Specialised / Technical Knowledge – An understanding of food safety and demonstrated ability to apply these skills in the workplace, experience of independent operation of a coffee machine in a high-volume coffee production environment, ability to multi-task and prioritise duties to be completed, point of sale and cash management experience.
- Work Ethic – Demonstrates an ability to help team performance, consistently performs duties to their highest standard, excellent attendance, displays a willingness to assist as required.
