Our client is a growing consulting organisation who provide SAP and SuccessFactors consulting services for their various clients; working across implementations and supporting them across their SAP landscapes. They assist organisations across business transformation initiatives and cloud software and are a leader in the delivery of Cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and on-premise technology
Your new role
As Project Manager you will be delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects for various customers. You will work alongside the business to help provide insights on their current and future requirements, helping them to choose appropriate software selection for both short and long term needs.
You will help them to ensure that the results and outcomes are what they need and expect.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree or master's in Project Management, IT or similar
- Proven experience managing Success Factors or Cloud Software projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud/ SaaS Software or similar
- Experience in leading delivery and team management
- Robust knowledge of HR sector desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
