We are seeking bubbly, energetic, professional team players who display exceptional customer service to join our Service Attendant team.

About You

- Ability to work a flexible rotating shift roster.
- No experience necessary. We provide all the training you need!
- Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card!

Scope of the role:

- Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to our customers
- Suggestive selling and recommendations
- Delivering and introducing our meals and drinks
- Assisting in the bar making cocktails, mixed drinks, wine and beer
- Greet, seat and welcome customers
- Educates and informs customers of basic food and wine pairing
- Amazing customer service with a smile!

Skills & experience:

- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Prioritise effectively while maintaining a clean environment
- Have a friendly and skilled attitude
- Excellent personal presentation
- Current NSW RSA/RCG essential (or willing to obtain before your start date)

Club Trading Hours at Hurstville are: Sunday to Thursday 10am to 4am, Friday and Saturday 10am to 6am. You must be able to work across these operating hours.
