Working as a Service Delivery Controller, you will support our centralised planning team in delivering exceptional service across Australia. You will be working within a team tasked with monitoring, managing, and delivering our services with the primary goal of ensuring Pacific National runs safely, on time and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills across other operational roles, transforming you into a service delivery expert within the industry.

After Intensive Training:

- You will be an exceptional communicator, providing support and updates to our stakeholders including train crew, network specialists and maintenance teams.




- You will be a data entry wizard, ensuring accurate and detailed information is inputted into our system
- You will be a subject matter expert, providing broad support to the Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services for our customers
- You will be a problem-solving guru, identifying incidents and events that would cause our services to go off plan, and finding the quickest and most efficient way to manage the disruption and return to the plan
- You will be a customer service superstar, providing exceptional customer service, building strong working relationships with all customers (internal and external)
