Hays is working with a Federal Government Client to source a Service Designer for a contracting position

Your new company
You'll be working for a team who are addressing a Reform, which is aiming to increase quality and safety across its industry.

Your current role
You will be able to contribute to a complex eco-system of internal legacy and client specific needs, seeking to address a critical gap within the existing offerings. As a Service Designer you will be help developer business models and roadmaps working towards a Integrated Service Design function

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to:

- Have prior experience in developing and implementing Service Design concepts and structures, within a federal Government setting.




- Capacity to establish effective governance to act as a design authority to provide quality assurance, planning and prioritisation checks and strategic alignment.
- Understand the research activities underway across the reforms and perform User Experience and Service Design functions for projects as required.
- Baseline Security Clearance
