In this role as a Service Technician in our Food and Beverage division, you will be supporting our team of Account Managers, by providing service visits to their customers. The specific role of an Ecolab technician when working on a customer site will depend on the nature of the customer's business and the services that Ecolab is providing, some responsibilities include:

About the role:

- Conducting on-site quality testing to help customers identify and address potential contamination or hygiene issues.
- Developing and implementing customised cleaning or sanitation programs for specific customer needs and facilities.




- Training customer staff on the proper use and maintenance of Ecolab equipment and systems.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers when issues arise with Ecolab products or services.
- Inventory management
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure that Ecolab equipment and systems are functioning properly and that customer facilities are meeting relevant regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborating with Ecolab Account Managers and other professionals to identify current business growth opportunities and provide insights on customer needs and preferences.

This role will require regular travel to customers sites, in your fully maintained tool of trade vehicle.

Overall, Ecolab technicians who work on customer sites play an important role in helping customers maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and sustainability across a range of industries, from food to beverage production. They work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
