The successful applicants will have the following attributes:

- Interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy levels
- Outstanding sense of humour
- Dedicated and passionate about children’s development
- Have knowledge and understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Minimum of a Completed Certificate 3 in Children’s Services.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Child protection
- Current Blue Card
- Current Food Handling Certificate

The team at Creative Minds ELC will support you in your role as we continue to strive to excel and exceed all expectations. You will work alongside a dedicated Centre Director, 2IC and Educational Leader who are supportive, passionate and committed to all the families at Creative Minds. The role offers a choice of either 4 or 5 days per week, as we support Work/Life/Family balance within our service, with above award conditions and pay rate.
