The focus of this position is to grow the business in Australia and provide support to the relevant teams to develop client relationships, secure new business, and grow the broader Oceania markets. The Business Development Manager will assist clients in a technical capacity and such will require integrity management knowledge or experience.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

- Helping clients improve asset performance
- Experience in improving asset performance through engineering knowledge is preferred
- developing existing relationships and signing new business, in line with the strategic plans




- Leveraging off established teams to develop new and innovative solutions for clients
- Experience in bid submissions and management is preferred

Profile

The successful candidate will display the following qualities:

- Consultancy experience in the engineering field is preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities

- Education to degree level in engineering or related discipline is preferred
- Strong commercial sales acumen
- Experience in business development management
- Background of process engineering is preferred
- Background in the inspection, assessment and maintenance of assets is preferred
